Sony ZV-E1 Mark II: My wants versus my needs

The ZV-E1 is still the most requested camera on this channel, and Sony hasn't said a word about a Mark II. So I built the wishlist myself: seven fixes I actually want, and the fallback I'd take if Sony says no to each one.

Some of these are simple, like an internal fan. Some are non-negotiable, like triple base ISO. And one is a hill I'm not dying on, full-size HDMI, but I'll live with micro.
