How to update Luna Ultra to firmware v1.1.8

Insta360 just dropped a major firmware update for the Luna Ultra: in-camera zoom jumps from 12x to 15x, there's a new true 4K vertical video mode, and a new snap-on Ultra Telephoto Lens accessory pushes the reach even further.
